Inspired by her love of real estate, Christina began her career in 1990 in Atlanta, Georgia.  She quickly learned the greater Atlanta market working with one of Atlanta’s leading brokerages and premier real estate developers at The Golf Club of Georgia in Windward and Prestwick, adjacent to the renowned Atlanta Athletic Club.  Christina was mentored by and learned the complexities of buying and selling real estate from “Atlanta’s best”.  In 2001, Christina relocated and became licensed in Birmingham, Alabama.

Christina’s 25 plus years of real estate experience encompasses all facets of the business from relocation, resale, new construction, and luxury home marketing.  She is widely recognized by clients and colleagues alike for her in-depth knowledge of the market, its trends, and implementing today’s rapidly changing technology.  Her combination of sales experience and extensive real estate knowledge ensures your real estate needs, whether listing or buying, will be carried out professionally, efficiently, and personally.

ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative:  The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.


CRS- Certified Residential Specialist:  The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is a REALTOR who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to real estate agents in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all agents hold the CRS Designation.


GRI – Graduate REALTOR Institute:  Graduate REALTOR Institute designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTOR who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.


Seniors Real Estate Specialists or SRES designees are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES Council awards the SRESdesignation to those members who successfully completed its educational program.


The Certified New Home Specialist designation delivers the Industry’s most comprehensive residential construction training. The in-depth new construction training is designed specifically for real estate professionals. By obtaining the CNHS designation, it enhances Christina’s ability to work more professionally with buyers, sellers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction professionals in all areas of your business.


The evolution of e-PRO® was developed through a partnership of The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and the Social Media Marketing Institute (SMMI) to familiarize today’s agents with the latest technology and social media tools to enhance their business and help them engage with customers and other real estate professionals. The e-PRO® certification enables Christina to provide consumers with the most advanced technologies and social media strategies.

NAR – National Association of REALTORS:  The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS is the collective force influencing and shaping the real estate industry. It seeks to be the leading advocate of the right to own, use and transfer real property.
